Shipping your return back is quick and easy. We recommend that you ship or return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. If your package was damaged, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at1-877-4-SHUBRAH ( 1-877-474-8272) and ask for an authorization number. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and we will advise on replacement of the items.
